Many people underestimate the amount of work that goes into organizing successful mega-events like festivals.

In my previous role, I was part of the production team at a live communication agency, where we produced festivals with up to 70,000 visitors.

As a member of the HR team, my primary responsibility was staff deployment planning for major events, as well as on-site coordination. I took great pride in managing HR service providers, handling applicant processes, and overseeing various employer branding initiatives.

​

Additionally, I played a key role in the planning, budgeting, and communication for projects such as Parookaville and San Hejmo. My responsibilities included independently managing hotel arrangements, organizing arrivals and departures, and coordinating catering for internal employees, as well as 300 to 500 short-term helpers and freelancers employed by our HR service providers.

​

Efficiently planning and coordinating schedules, staffing, and both hotel and travel logistics became integral aspects of my day-to-day work.​
